A restored 1800s home abutting 120 acres of conservation land

Enjoy 120 Acres of Conservation Land

Around three sides of 208 Silver Lake is 120 acres of conservation land. The land is maintained and farmed by Lavoie’s Farm and is open to the public to walk, run, bike, and even ride horses. This home is surrounded by open fields for you to enjoy, without a need to maintain or pay taxes on them.

About the farm

The Lavoie family has been farming in Hollis for multiple generations. Their main farm is on Nartoff road. Adrien Lavoie even owned 208 Silver Lake until 2022. They have a lease to farm the conversation land, usually planting around June or July and harvesting in October. They run a farm stand you can walk to during the summer.
